Our headquarters is located in Shandong Province, China, where we produce double rod piston cylinders, single rod piston cylinders, and ram cylinders for a wide variety of different machine applications. When provided with detailed drawings, our company will work out a specific production plan for your hydro-cylinder design prior to the beginning of batch production. We first accept the drawing, provide analysis, and then sign a contract once the terms are agreed upon. With nearly two decades of experience, we continue to provide customers with innovative products and services, which is our primary goal as an enterprise.

The Sanyang production workshop is divided into a machining, electric welding, electroplating, heat treatment, assembly, and painting workshops. These production segments are staffed by our highly skilled manufacturing team, equipped with top-notch equipment including 2 chroming lines, 2 assembly lines and 1 spray line. Each section is outfitted with its own production line and machining equipment. In addition to production equipment, testing is carried out at each stage of manufacturing. We perform metallographical, electroplating, and sealing ring testing of all of our components. The return rate after testing of our 200,000 annual cylinders produced is less than one thousandth of a percent.
