Characteristics of the Sanyang hydraulic steering cylinder
1. Piston rod: Our hydraulic steering cylinder features a piston rod which is made of 40Cr steel from LAIWU Steel Group with a specialized heat treatment, after that metallographical structure is tested at level 4 or above of the manufacturing standards of China nation-related agricultural machinery. The surface hardness of the piston rod is available from 50 HRC to 600 HRC. Chromeplate on the surface of piston rod ensures that no rust forms following 96 hours of salt spray testing.

2. Sealing ring: from Guarnitec, Italy, 50,000 repeated fatigue tests without leakage when speed is 0.8m/s and maximum pressure is 40MPa.

3. Cylinder block: 20# steel form Baoji Steel, rolling processing on the in-hole surface makes its roughness 0.2-0.4.

4. Cylinder head, piston: 45# steel, CNC processing.

5. Cylinder bottom: 45# forging.

6. Test: test pressure 24MPa, pressure upkeep≥5min, the result of 100% product test shows that cleanliness of pressure testing oil reaches level NAS9 and the weight of internal foreign body <25mg.

7. Coating: spray paint or zinc paint on the surface.

8. Service temperature: -20℃-80℃.
