Product Parameter Product Structure

1. Piston rod: Our log splitter ram cylinder, size W2.13.07 uses a piston rod made using 40Cr steel from SD STEEL (after heat treatment), with a metallographic structure that reaches level 4 or above in Chinese manufacturing standards for agricultural machinery. The surface hardness ranges from 50 HRC-600 HRC, based on customer requests. The Chrome plat surface also has a proven rust resistance after undergoing a 96 hour salt spray test.

2. Sealing ring: from GUARNITEC, Italy, and has undergone a fatigue test 50,000 times with no leaks. The tests have been carried out at a speed of 0.8m/s and a maximum pressure of 40MPa.

3. Cylinder block: The cylinder block is 20# steel form Baoji Steel, and has undergone honing processing on the in-hole surface with a roughness reaching 0.2-0.4.

4. Cylinder head, piston: 45# steel, CNC processing.
