Characteristics of lifting cylinder
1. Piston rod: Our lifting cylinders use a piston rod made using 40Cr steel sourced from LAIWU Steel Group (after heat treatment), with a metallographic structure reaching level 4 or higher in Chinese agricultural machinery industry standards. The surface hardness of the piston rod ranges between 50 HRC to 600 HRC as per customer requirements. The chrome plate surface also ensures a rust and corrosion resistance, proven by a 96 hour salt spray test.
2. Sealing ring: The sealing ring is imported from GUARNITEC, Italy and has undergone 50,000 fatigue tests with no leakages. The speed is 0.8m/s and the maximum pressure is 40MPa.
3. Cylinder block: The cylinder block is 20# steel form Baoji Steel that has been tempered in order to relieve stress and has also undergone a honing processing on the in-hole surface with the roughness reaching 0.2-0.4.
4. Cylinder head, piston: 45# steel, CNC processing.
5. Cylinder bottom: 45# forging.
6. Test: test pressure 24MPa, pressure upkeep ≥5min, cleanliness of pressure testing oil reaches level NAS9, the weight of internal foreign body < 25mg; 100% product test.
7. Coating: spray paint or zinc paint on the surface.
8. Service temperature: -20℃-80℃.
