Product Parameter Product Structure

1. Piston rod: The piston rod at a size of LS-3000 is made of 40Cr steel sourced from LAIWU Steel Group that has undergone a heat treatment process. After this process, the metallographic structure reaches level 4 or higher for Chinese agricultural machinery industry standards. The surface hardness of the piston rod ranges between 50 HRC to 600 HRC, based on customer requirements. The chrome plate on the piston surface does not rust, proven by a 96 hour salt spray test.

2. Sealing ring: The sealing ring is sourced from GUARNITEC, Italy, and has undergone a fatigue test 50,000 times to ensure there is no leakage. The speed is 0/8m/s with a maximum pressure of 40MPa.

3. Cylinder block: 20# steel form Baoji Steel which has undergone a honing processing on the in-hole surface with a roughness reaching 0.2-0.4.

4. Cylinder head, piston: 45# steel, CNC processing.
