In addition to our standard line of outstanding hydraulic components, we also provide customized services for the production of piston cylinders and ram cylinders. The hydraulic cylinder is mainly comprised of cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, pistons, piston rods, and sealing devices. The working range of cylinder block is Ø16-Ø200mm, and a length range of X/Y/Z 100-2000mm for cylinder block is available. All of our hydraulic components, are manufactured according to national standards to guarantee their performance and safety.

Quality Test
1. Automatic pressure testing machine: Low pressure start-up at 1MPa, 3 minutes peak detection at 16MPa, 1 minute peak detection at 24MPa
2. Electric homothermal air blast dryer: Drying interior paint and weighing after pressure testing, testing the internal impurities
3. Smoke testing machine: Piston rod chromium layer inspection for 96 hours and paint layer inspection for 140 hours
4. Fatigue testing machine for sealing element: 15,000 round-trip tests after assembly
5. Lateral pressure test for cylinder: 5,000 round-trip tests with 3,000N lateral pressure

1. The customer provides us with whole drawings of the product or the drawings of the components, which include major technical parameters, service environment and estimated usage conditions.
2. Our company will draw trial drawings and these trial drawings shall be passed back to our customer, samples will not be allowed to be processed before receiving permission from the customer. The number of the sample is decided by the customer while the processing time is decided by our company.
3. Small volume production, on the base of making batch-production drawings, we will not begin before the assembly and approval of the sample.
4. The period to stabilize our products takes about 1 year and then the final production drawings will be confirmed according to our production experience.
